New Home Builder in Maryland

Considering building a new home? In my opinion a new Maryland home builder has changed the world of new homes construction forever. Nexus Energy Homes has done the imposable and made energy independent green homes a reality at prices that are at or below conventional builders. Nexus uses a verity of proven technologies in unison for the first time has enabled Nexus build a “next zero” energy green home at an unheard of $110 to $150 per sq.ft.

When most people think green homes and solar panels the think of an ultra contemporary dome shaped homes made of concrete. In reality Nexus is able to build a home of his type that can fit in to any neighborhood. Construction has just been started on 55 row homes the fit seamlessly in to the Downtown Frederick Real Estate market located in a historic district.

I’m writing this because for the first time the technologies exist at affordable prices allowing us build homes the produce as much energy as the use. I’m a Realtor that had a custom home buyer that I brought to Nexus. To my surprise the price they quoted was the cheapest of 3 bids my buyer received. On top of that these home buyers will be receiving a government tax credit of $23,000 for buying a Nexus Energy home and they will never have a power bill.

I have sold hundreds of homes and meet dozens of new homes builders over the years and I have never come across a product anything close to what Nexus Energy Homes offers. If you are even thinking of building a new home in the Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania or Eastern Delaware area you owe it to your self your pocket book and the environment to look in to a Nexus home.

The can build any shape any size and any style. If you want some more info just e mail me and I have a full brochure I will send you.
