Community of “Net Zero” energy green homes makes 2 sales the first weekend open. The community of North Pointe by Nexus Energy Homes located in downtown Frederick, MD will be opening on Fri the 17th of June 2011. Two weeks before hand a relatively unpublicized open house was held for the purposes training the sales staff prior to the model home opening. It was quite a surprise when 2 homes were sold that weekend.
